Everest Prestige Pte Ltd handles Accredited Investors in Singapore, including:
An individual
(A) With a net personal assets exceed in value S$2 million (or its equivalent in a foreign currency)
) – The individual’s primary residence can only contribute up to SS$1 million of the required S$2 million in personal net assets; or
(B) Your income in the preceding 12 months is not less than S$300,000 (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) or such other amount as the Authority may prescribe in place of the first amount;
The Individual must opt-in for consideration as an Accredited Investor.
A corporation
A company ( mostly SPVs) can also be qualified as an accredited investor if its net assets exceeding S$10 million in value (or its equivalent in a foreign currency) or such other amount as the Authority may prescribe, in place of the first amount, as determined by
- the most recent audited balance-sheet of the corporation within the preceding 12 months;
